Panama Red is a heady Sativa made popular in the 60′s and 70′s. It’s bouquet stands out with sweet aromas rooted in shades of pear, tempered by a spicy loam that can lean towards skunk on some buds. This varietal lends only its sweeter notes to the taste during inhalation, but the spicy and more pungent smells are fully revealed when breaking the bud open.
Panama Red performs well as a classic Sativa should, with high ceiling, engaging both the creative mental emotional faculties. A gripping body high escalates in higher doses, soaring through the head. The onset is exhilarating, and keeps you coming back. Eventually this buzz slopes gently into a serene and quiet enthusiasm. A great morning smoke that carries patients through the whole day, and into the evening , with clarity.
